Education: Graduated Baltimore Academy as a Goldwell Colorist. Performed advanced foiling techniques and color correction. Experienced in all aspects of hair design. Certified in Keretin Brazilian and Bioionic hair relaxers.
During your initial consultation, Chris will be able to instinctively envision the right hairstyle and color for you. Pam J. Ditomaso
Experience: 24 years of hair design and color
Education: Graduate of Essex Agricultural Institute and the Catharine Hines Institute. Keeps up to date with current trends through annual trade shows. Paul Mitchell cutting classes and Goldwell coloring seminars.
Pam thrives working in a team environment. She loves what she does and it shows through her high sense of style and professionalism. Service and commitment are Pam’s twin passions and this translates into beautiful styles and extremely satisfied clients.
Brenda M. Cruz
Experience: 24 years of hair design and color
Education: Graduate of Essex Agricultural Institute. Ongoing Goldwell color education and certified in Keretin Brazilian and Bioionic hair relaxers.
Brenda excels at knowing the right hair color for you. Through her experience and Goldwell education she is the go to person for the perfect hair color. She is engaging and always smiling, she will listen carefully and execute perfectly, transforming the drab into fab.
Colleen Shay-Pimentel
Experience: 7 years as a hair stylist specializing in wedding upstyles
Education: Graduated from Essex Agricultural Institute. Experienced in Cinderella hair extensions. Certified in Keretin Brazilian and Bioionic hair relaxers. Goldwell color seminars and also make-up application.
Colleen excels in multi-dimensional highlighting and precision cutting. Whether it is for a special occasion or a professional day look, Colleen’s vision will make that a reality.
Leigh Paradise
Experience: Over 25 years behind the chair
Education: Graduated Mansfield Beauty Academy. Numerous Goldwell seminars and certified in Keretin Brazilian Relaxer System. Razor-cutting as well.
Leigh is fun and energetic. If you are looking for that perfect shade of blond, from caramel to butter, Leigh is your stylist. Special occasion styles and blow-drys by Leigh will make you feel like a star!
Pauline Morgan
Experience: Stylist for over 10 years
Education: Mansfield Beauty Academy and various cutting and coloring seminars.
Pauline specializes in mens hair cutting. She loves her family, which translates into a strong team member of C3.
Thomas M. Maynard
Experience: Former Boston hair designer and colorist. 15 years spent with the Saks Fifth Avenue Salon Group (Elizabeth Arden Red Door Salon, Glemby International, Regis and MEI), working as a stylist and salon assistant manager.
Education: Graduated from Blaine Hair School, Boston. L’Oreal, Matrix, Wella and Goldwell Color Training. Cutting and styling training with Frank Xavier, formerly of Newbury St. and Newton Center. Experienced in ethnic hair relaxing.
Tom has an intense passion for the fashion and hair industry. He will go to any length to deliver the style and look that he knows will work for you and your lifestyle. He specializes in multi-dimensional and corrective hair coloring. He has a great sense of humor and really cares about his clients’ needs. You will immediately become part of his extended family.
Anne Marie Shay
Salon Coordinator: Anne Marie, a staple at the front desk for over 7 years, helps to provide a friendly warm atmosphere at C3. Her knowledge of the staff will ensure that you’ll be placed with the best stylist for your needs. She has great knowledge of products

Never in my life have I felt more confidant about my hair, and it all because of the wonderful talents of Tom Maynard. I feel lucky to have found him and feel indebted to the salon for introducing Tom to those of us north of boston. Thank you, thank you, thank you, I just love my new cut and color!

I have been a client at 3C Salon for many years and during that time Cris has always been extraordinary in providing exciting and satisfying quality grooming experiences. She is always warm and respectful with her clients, delightful and entertaining. She has always been accomodating to changing personal schedule needs and has demonstrated exemplary leadership skills in developing a retail environment that provides the highest level of customer service. Briana Lord is the best she gives me the hair cut I need to feel like myself and I will only ever go to her. I am a 26yr Engineer who works for a Million dollar company I need young hair that can keep up with me and still look professional. She does it all. Thank you

Pammy saved me back in high school after a home-done color experiment gone bad (ask her about it, it’s a good story) and I have be indebted to her ever since (over 15 years now). In college, I would make special trips back to M’head just to get my hair done and she would ALWAYS fit me in. Not only does Pammy keep me fresh and feeling great – she does the same for my mom, gram and a numerous friends. I always get compliments on my cut and color, and can’t thank Pam enough. Everyone at C3 is fabulous, and I enjoy my time there – every time.
